Hamilton Flickr Group

A fairly recent addition to the Flickr group has been the assignments (thanks to Derek who proposed them and to everyone who participates). It’s a user set challenge to get us to take pictures that fit the theme of the assignment and can really spark some creativity. It pits HFG members against each other in pursuit of the coveted “right to pick the next assignment”. It’s an emotional roller coaster here kids!!

In the past we have had 7 such assignments with great results. The history to date is as follows:

And now, the results are in for our 8th assignment which was “Painting With Light“. A fun and challenging one going by the limited number of entries. Great shots came in and ultimately one had to be the king of the hill so congrats goes to shellsnaps for her Neon rorshasch shot. Can’t wait to see what assignment #9 brings us.
